	How do we calculate the Number of SMS required.?
	As per our experience schools fix a frequency of SMS to be sent to each student each month. Accordingly the total number of SMS required is calculated as follows.


	How do we setup Wardmonitor.com in our institution?
	Sign Up on Wardmonitor.com. Create an excel file of students in the prescribed format. Upload it on Wardmonitor.com and start sending.

	How do we manage it sending SMS daily?
	Staff (teachers) will fill up Message Log daily. This will be entered on Wardmonitor.com by the operator.


	Do you provide any training to our staff?
	Yes EZware provides full training to the staff for managing Wardmonitor.com account.


	How much time does it take to send SMS daily?
	Maximum 10-15 minutes.


	What if mobile of any recipient is off?
	SMS will not be delivered in case if any type of technical problem arises like mobile switch off, out of coverage, DND activated Numbers etc.


	How long a message can we send?
	Total length of the SMS should be less than 160 characters including spaces.


	How do we schedule automatic message?
	Fill up the form Schedule on wardmonitor.com and messages will start going automatically.


	How much time does it take to send one installment?
	It Depends on the server availability. Maximum 2 hours.


	What if we need to have more features along with SMS.?
	Wardmonitor.com can be modified for additional requirements.


	Can we send SMS to more than one number?
	Yes provide the additional mobile number in excel file. Wardmonitor will send same message to all the numbers.


	Will it show the name of the school as sender?
	No. In case if it necessary it can be discussed.


	Can we change the plan at a later stage.?
	Yes the plan can be changed at a later stage.


	Can we send message to other people also like teachers/admin staff or drivers/rickshaws?
	Yes you can send.


	What if we have not used our full SMS quota.?
	Validity of SMS is for one year. The left over SMS automatically expires after one year from the date of purchase.
